Eurobitume’s Decarbonisation Roadmap for Bitumen is now available here. It outlines a pragmatic pathway to reduce the cradle-to-gate greenhouse gas intensity of bitumen production in Europe by 73% by 2050 compared with 1990.
The Decarbonisation Roadmap represents the first phase of Eurobitume’s broader Sustainability Roadmap. This next phase will expand the scope across the bitumen and asphalt value chain, supporting the industry’s contribution to Europe’s climate and sustainability objectives.
