A seasoned European public affairs practitioner with extensive experience in sustainability, circularity and industry leadership, Hervé also brought with him a detailed knowledge of European regulations relating to REACH, climate, the environment and sustainability, as well as significant expertise in strategy and methodologies for reducing carbon footprint.
Hervé’s career to date reflects a strong combination of technical expertise, policy development and stakeholder engagement across sectors critical to Europe’s industrial and environmental agenda.
Prior to joining Eurobitume Hervé spent 13 years at Plastics Europe in Brussels, where latterly he was European Director, Climate & Production, having previously been European Manager “Waste Management” and Regional Director of Technical and Regulatory Affairs.
Hervé has an MBA from IAE in Paris and gained an engineering diploma from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chime de Paris.
