To enhance the quality of the meeting and improve the efficiencies of organising such an important event it has been agreed to introduced a registration fee for all participants. The fee of 195 EUR per participant will be invoiced directly to the participant’s company after their registration is approved.
Please be aware that registration deadline is Monday 29th September
NOTE: Cancellations after 29th September 2025 are not refundable due to venue commitments however, exchange of registration names is possible.
* Observers = Observers will have the chance to sit in the room and hear firsthand the discussions to gain more background and insights into the topics being explored. Observers have no voting rights or direct input into the decision-making process of the committee.

Agreed EB Price per night: 230 EUR* (includes VAT and breakfast).
*price doesn’t include a city tax (2,24 EUR per night)
