Eurobitume Sustainability Lead – Brice Delaporte
As Eurobitume’s Sustainability Lead, one of Brice’s first priorities will be to support the team and the members to deliver an updated Eurobitume LCA by the end of this year!
On behalf of Eurobitume and all our members, I am delighted to extend a very warm welcome to Dr Brice Delaporte, who joins the Eurobitume team on 1st June to take up the very important new role of Sustainability Lead
In addition to the sustainability focus, Brice will have an important geographic responsibility for France. Initially supported by Eurobitume General Manager Jean-Michel Michou, whose secondment from TotalEnergies ends on 1st October, Brice will take-over as the focal person for France and continue to manage local activities and stakeholder relationships on behalf of members active in that market.
I am looking forward to becoming an integral member of the Eurobitume team, helping members with advice, guidance and positions, and managing the local implementation of planned Eurobitume activities
Formerly the Paris-based Director of Technical Affairs at Routes de France (RdF), where he had worked since 2019, civil engineering PhD Brice brings to Eurobitume significant experience and expertise in road construction and maintenance techniques, life cycle analysis and HSE.
