Eurobitume LCA Report 4.0 webinar video now available in German and Italian
German and Italian subtitled versions of Eurobitume’s informative video of the LCA Report 4.0 educational webinar are now available on the Webinars page of the Eurobitume website. They complement French and Spanish subtitled versions of the same webinar video and original English versions of all the other educational webinars Eurobitume has run.
In the LCA Report 4.0 webinar, Eurobitume Sustainability Lead Dr Brice Delaporte introduces the LCA 4.0 document, compares it to the previous version and explains the deliverables associated with the report.
These new German and Italian subtitled versions make the report more easily accessible to stakeholders across Europe, facilitating broader understanding and application of the LCA 4.0 findings in local markets.
Offering the webinar in additional languages is a further example of Eurobitume’s ongoing efforts to improve access to reliable, science-based environmental data across Europe.
About Eurobitume LCA Report 4.0
Eurobitume’s latest LCA Report provides important life cycle data for the paving grade bitumen most widely used in Europe, enabling accurate calculation of the environmental impact of end-products that incorporate bitumen.
Using the methodology outlined by ISO 14040 and 14044, Eurobitume LCA Report 4.0 represents the current situation in Europe. Its outputs are compatible with EN15804+A2, making the report suitable for use in future EPDs for construction products.
Based on publicly available sources, Eurobitume LCA Report 4.0 data is compatible with commercial LCI software, enabling LCI practitioners to easily incorporate this data as part of a construction product life cycle assessment.
