Incidents Reporting drives up the safe handling of bitumen

The safe handling of bitumen throughout the supply chain is central to Eurobitume’s mission and work, which includes coordinating our members’ collection and reporting of data regarding bitumen-related safety incidents to further improve the safe use of bitumen.

PIXELSHAKE SPRL

Eurobitume has just published key findings from the 2024 Safety Incidents Report as part of our commitment to helping continuously improve the safe handling of bitumen by producers, customers, hauliers and contractors.

We highlight key learnings across the supply chain, particularly at delivery sites, and reinforce the importance of well-maintained, safe equipment. This is particularly relevant given that most incidents are reported at the delivery site.

Eurobitume 2024 Key Findings on Safety Incidents Report is part of an extensive suite of HSE resources produced by Eurobitume and freely available through the HSE and Publications sections of our website.
